When you glanced at this title, you were probably thinking: Oh, oh, another chapter about loving yourself exactly how you are. It doesn’t matter if you’re eight hundred pounds — you’re still beautiful. Yadda, yadda, yadda.

Wrong.

I mean, that’s sort of right.

I am going to tell you to love yourself. I’ll also tell you to love yourself where you’re at. Yeah, also that you’re beautiful, even if you’re eight hundred pounds.

But first, you need to understand that it’s not about the pounds. Now, this is a delicate topic because it does matter if you’re healthy. But as long as you acknowledge that you need to be healthy, you can still love and embrace yourself. That being said, the number on the scale does not matter.

As long as you like to look in the mirror and not talk down to yourself, then, in my opinion, the number on the scale doesn’t matter. Enjoy having sex with the lights on. Dance naked when you get ready in the morning. Wear clothes that make you feel sexy. Be proud of yourself. Whether you’re two hundred or one hundred seven pounds, flaunt what you’ve got.

As women, we’re biologically meant to have children — that is, if you choose to want little screaming parasites one day. But whether or not you choose to take action and…
